ICT nuance
The working plan says ICT products are not listed in the first new-products table but are included through preparation of the two horizontal requirements. Some specific ICT products are also covered under energy-related product work.

Useful preparation
Teams can map repair documentation, spare parts, firmware and software support evidence, product identifiers, component data, recyclability, recycled content, and supplier evidence.

Software implication
Electronics DPP tooling should handle changing access rights, product generations, repair events, service-provider data boundaries, and data export. A static QR page is unlikely to be enough for serious operations.

Public wording
Say horizontal ESPR requirement under development. Do not say final electronics DPP compliance unless a product-specific act or horizontal act supports the exact claim.
